Chelsea Dismiss Ronaldinho Claims, No More Arrivals

With a day to go before the close of the transfer window, Kenyon has revealed that the club don’t intend to make any further signings.

"No. We're 24 hours away from the close of the transfer window and I don't see us bringing any more players in," he told Sky Sports.

Chelsea have been rather understated in the market this summer, bringing in the majority of player’s on free transfers.

The Blues have added to every aspect of the squad, Claudio Pizarro in attack, Steve Sidwell and Florent Malouda in midfield and Tal Ben Haim in defence.

There was strong speculation that Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich would smash the British transfer fee to land Brazilian sensation Ronaldinho from Barcelona, however with Kenyon’s recent admittance, this now looks unlikely.
